Who We Are
01Sequalize Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. ("Sequalize", "we", "us", "our") is a One Person Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at SF1-B, House of Bom Jesus Society, Old Goa, Goa, India — 403402.
We operate the Sequalize platform, accessible at sequalize.com. We are the Data Fiduciary as defined under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and the Data Controller for all personal data processed through the platform.
Data We Collect
02We collect the following categories of data:
- Account data: Mobile phone number (for OTP authentication), name, profile information.
- Business data (Vendors): Project details, equipment inventory, team records, client contacts, and financial records (tracking only).
- Proof of Work: Photographs, GPS coordinates (captured silently upon submission), and timestamps.
- AI Interactions: Chat messages, voice note transcriptions, and agent session data.
- Analytics: Platform activity, profile views, and device info via PostHog analytics.
We do not collect payment card details, UPI credentials, bank account info, Government IDs (Aadhaar, PAN), or sensitive personal data (health, biometric, religious beliefs).

We do not use your data for automated profiling that produces legal effects without your explicit consent.
Legal Basis
04Under the DPDPA and IT Act, we process your data based on:
- Consent: By registering, you provide informed consent to this processing.
- Contractual necessity: To deliver the services you subscribe to.
- Legal obligation: To comply with Indian law or court orders.
GPS coordinates are captured silently when a Staff Member submits a Proof of Work photo. Staff Members consent to this specifically at account activation. It is used only for SLA verification and is visible to the managing Vendor.
Data Sharing
05We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Other Users: Vendors can see their Staff's activity. Profiles and reviews are visible publicly based on privacy settings.
- Service Providers: Supabase (AWS Mumbai data center), Vercel (frontend), n8n (automation), Meta (WhatsApp API), and PostHog (analytics).
- Legal Authorities: When required by a valid legal process in India.
AI & Third-Party Services
06The AI Agent processes data via the Anthropic Claude API and Google Gemini Flash API. Voice notes are transcribed via the OpenAI Whisper API (raw audio is immediately discarded).
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before acting on it. Sequalize accepts no liability for AI extraction errors.

Your Rights
08Under the DPDPA, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a summary of your data.
- Correction: Fix inaccurate data.
- Erasure: Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Grievance: Approach our Grievance Officer.
- Nomination: Nominate an individual for rights exercise in case of incapacity.

Security & Grievance
09We protect data using Row-Level Security (RLS) in our Mumbai-hosted database, TLS encryption, and immutable records for proof of work.
